Our pool is for use by registered guests only.

We provide free wireless internet

Check out: 10:00 AM for cottages and apartments
Check out: 11:00 AM for motel units

Rates do not include Maine State Lodging Tax (7 percent).

Balance must be paid in full upon arrival.

Credit card deposits will be charged at the time the reservation is made.

Deposits, less a $25 processing fee, will be returned if written cancellation of your reservation is received at the York Harbor Motel two (2) or more weeks prior to your check-in date. If written cancellation is received less than 2 weeks before your check-in date, deposits, less $25 processing fee, will be returned only if unit is re-rented.

Personal Checks only if received at least 15 days prior to arrival.
